Admission Procedure:

The school admissions process is designed to ensure students are placed in the appropriate grade level to meet their learning needs. To ensure a through and fair process and to aid in developing an understanding of the application procedure, stringent policy, guidelines, criteria and practices are in place to support the application and admissions process.

Registration

The duly filled in Registration Form should be submitted to the school along with the required documents. The Registration Form is non-transferable even to the siblings and only the form issued by the school, Parents are requested to go through the fee structure, transport facility and prospectus 2019-20 carefully before filling in the form.

  1. The academic year of the school is form April to March.
  2. The prospectus with Registration Form shall be available from the school office during the prescribed hours.
  3. Registration fee is Rs. 200/- which is refundable.

Registration does not guarantee admission; it will be subject to merit and availability of seats.

There will be assessment on intimated date for students seeking admission to Class I onwards and during the assessment, presence of both the parents will be mandatory.

  1. For admission to Nursery, LKG & UKG, there are no test or interviews. The teacher onservers/interacts with the child along with the parents.
  2. For students seeking admission in Class II onwards, it is mandatory to submit a Transfer Certificate (Original) from the last school attended.
  3. The management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters relating to admission.

Age Criteria

PLAYSCHOOL: The child should be 21/2 years and above as on 1st April.
NURSERY: The child should be minimum 3 years and above as on 1st April.
PREPARATORY: The child should be minimum 4 years and above as on 1st April.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission :

  1. School leaving/transfer certificate and previous year’s Report Card (without this no students from class II onward will be admitted.)
  2. Medical Certificate in the given format.
  3. Birth Certificate in original to be brought for verification.
  4. Recent passport size colour photograph of the candidate and both parents.
  5. Admission will be canceled if any variance is found between the particulars filled in the registration form and the documents submitted for admission.
